Napoklu is a village in the Madikeri area of Kodagu district, Karnataka. Before, the Billava community here didn’t have a strong voice or any shared celebrations. But everything changed on January 11, 2023, when the Billava Samaja Napoklu was formed. This new group was created to bring the Billava people together.
